I’ve worked in the hospitality industry since I was 16 and studied Hospitality & Catering at college. Realising I had a flair for events, hospitality and fine dining, my college put me forward for several industry competitions. I won quite a few, including the UK Skills competition for restaurant service.
I love my job and I’m very proud of the standards I bring to the industry. It’s incredibly hard work but massively rewarding. After all the months and weeks of planning, it all hinges on that one day – just one chance to execute it all perfectly. It’s that feeling of everything coming together that keeps me going at 2am on a cold, dark winter night when I’m waiting for the last of the suppliers to pack up!
When you choose to work with me, you'll realise I don't just assist with planning your wedding or event - I take away a multitude of stress, worry and uncertainty that money simply cannot buy.
When I’m not working I like to unwind by whizzing along the lanes or taking part in Sportive events on my beloved Victoria Pendleton road bike.
You might also find me scouring farmers’ markets, devouring a plate of baked Camembert, grapes, celery and crusty bread (I’d eat this every day if I was allowed),or walking my beautiful Westie, Freddie.
